Jack Griffo hints the Thundermans saga isn’t over yet

In an exclusive sit‑down, Jack Griffo admits stepping back into Max Thunderman for ‘Clash of the Thundermans’ feels less like a job and more like a homecoming. The actor, who first donned the cheeky superhero’s cape when the Nickelodeon series launched in 2013, says the new movie recaptures the magic that made the original a teen favorite. Griffo reflects on how the original run was his education: from age 16 to 20 he skipped regular school and college, learning and growing alongside the cast. “We didn’t have those formative experiences,” he tells MTN, noting the show was his real‑world classroom during those pivotal years. The latest chapter, he adds, pushes the franchise into modern territory while holding “the bar high” against its predecessor. The fresh tone and updated antics, he says, make the return feel both nostalgic and exciting, proving the Thundermans can evolve without losing their core charm. While no official word has been given on a sequel, Griffo drops a tantalizing hint that the team is “fully teed up for another chapter.” For fans who grew up with the superhero family, that could mean more Max‑filled mischief on the horizon.
