Pedro Pascal wears nothing but a towel in sexy trailer for new film

Pedro Pascal’s towel‑only teaser has the internet buzzing

The latest teaser for the upcoming monster‑movie Behemoth! has turned heads for all the wrong (or right) reasons – Pedro Pascal appears on screen wrapped only in a towel, flashing a surprising amount of skin. The brief clip, which quickly went viral, shows the handsome star striking a sultry pose that’s more reminiscent of a fashion spread than a creature feature. Fans and meme‑makers alike have been sharing the clip nonstop, dubbing it the most talked‑about moment of the film’s early marketing push. The unexpected blend of sensuality and sci‑fi intrigue has sparked endless speculation about how Pascal’s character fits into the Behemoth narrative. Adding to the buzz, Pascal made a high‑profile appearance at the AFI Fest special screening of Behemoth! held at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre. The event, captured by Getty Images, cemented his role as both star and promotional powerhouse for the film, ensuring that the conversation stays as heated as the towel‑clad teaser itself.
Tony Gilroy almost scrapped Behemoth! after losing Oscar Isaac to Frankenstein commitments

Pedro Pascal saved ‘Behemoth!’ after Oscar Isaac walked away

Tony Gilroy admits that ‘Behemoth!’ was on the brink of cancellation when Oscar Isaac, originally set to play the film’s gifted cellist, dropped out due to a clash with his Frankenstein commitments. The director says he was ready to abandon the project rather than keep pushing for a replacement. A chance lunch with producer Sanne Wohlenberg and Pascal turned the tide. Within ten minutes, Gilroy felt the actor was the perfect fit for Alex Serian, a musician returning to Los Angeles after two decades on the road. The meeting turned into a quick “prenup” – a mutual decision that no one needed to sell anything before the deal was sealed. Pascal dove into the role head‑first, spending weeks mastering the cello to make the performance believable. He carried the instrument everywhere in the weeks leading up to shooting, turning the cello into “the main character of my life.” Gilroy credits Pascal’s dedication with giving Alex a dynamic presence that kept the character from feeling passive, ultimately rescuing the film from the brink of being shelved.
